The Arena is approximately a five-minute walk from Climate Pledge Arena and directly beside the Seattle Center campus.

Yes. Walk to Seattle Center, waterfront parks, and the Monorail — then ride downtown to Pike Place Market and beyond.

A dedicated on-site parking stall may be rented for an additional nightly fee, subject to availability.

The Arena sleeps up to four registered guests: one king bedroom plus a living-room sofa bed.

Yes. Dogs are welcome, subject to our pet policy. One disclosed and approved dog is permitted per reservation unless additional dogs receive prior written approval. A $100 fee applies per dog.

Direct bookings receive a full refund within 24 hours of booking. After that, the refund is 100% at least 60 days before check-in, 75% at least 30 days, 50% at least 14 days, 25% at least 7 days, and nothing fewer than 7 days before check-in.
