OUR STORY
29 Nights began in Seattle in 2017, started by locals born and raised here who wanted a short-term stay to feel cared for, not transactional. The name comes from Washington's legal definition of a short-term rental - up to 29 nights - but it stands for more: a handful of homes chosen deliberately, from riverfront escapes beyond the city to walkable homes in Seattle and Bellevue.
What ties them together isn't a look - it's a standard. Every home is prepared, cared for, and supported the same way, whether you're staying a single night or several months.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Hunter Freeman started 29 Nights in Seattle in 2017 on a simple belief - that hospitality should never feel anonymous. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Marcelo Alonso in the Carlson Gracie lineage, he brings the same discipline, humility, and consistency from the mat to how he leads the team and shows up for every guest.
