What makes The Heron unique?
The Heron combines an upper-floor balcony, views toward Meydenbauer Bay, and easy walking access to Downtown Park, Old Bellevue, and Bellevue Square.
How many guests can stay?
The Heron accommodates up to four registered guests: one king bedroom plus a living-room sofa bed.
Can I walk to downtown Bellevue?
Yes. Meydenbauer Bay, Downtown Park, Old Bellevue, restaurants, and Bellevue Square are all within easy walking distance.
Does the building have an elevator?
No. The Heron is accessed by stairs. Contact 29 Nights before booking if stair-free access is important.
Is The Heron dog-friendly?
Yes. Dogs are welcome, subject to our pet policy. One disclosed and approved dog is permitted per reservation unless additional dogs receive prior written approval. A $100 fee applies per dog.
What's the cancellation policy?
Direct bookings receive a full refund within 24 hours of booking. After that, the refund is 100% at least 60 days before check-in, 75% at least 30 days, 50% at least 14 days, 25% at least 7 days, and nothing fewer than 7 days before check-in.
