What makes The Nest unique?
The Nest combines an open-concept king sleeping area, a spacious private balcony, and easy walking access to Meydenbauer Bay and downtown Bellevue.
How many guests can stay?
The Nest accommodates up to four registered guests: one king bed plus a living-room sofa bed.
How is the bedroom arranged?
The king sleeping area is visually separated from the living space by partial-height walls rather than a fully enclosed bedroom.
Can I walk to downtown Bellevue?
Yes. Meydenbauer Bay, Downtown Park, Old Bellevue, restaurants, and Bellevue Square are all within easy walking distance.
Is The Nest dog-friendly?
Yes. Dogs are welcome, subject to our pet policy. One disclosed and approved dog is permitted per reservation unless additional dogs receive prior written approval. A $100 fee applies per dog.
What's the cancellation policy?
Direct bookings receive a full refund within 24 hours of booking. After that, the refund is 100% at least 60 days before check-in, 75% at least 30 days, 50% at least 14 days, 25% at least 7 days, and nothing fewer than 7 days before check-in.
